Buying Land Is Different From Buying a House
 

A beautiful piece of property isn't very useful if you can't do what you planned to do with it.

Before falling in love with the view, there are some decidedly less glamorous questions to answer.

 

Depending on the property and your plans, that may include:

• Zoning and permitted uses

• Deed restrictions and covenants

• Legal access and road frontage

• Septic suitability and soil evaluation

• Public water or well options

• Electric and other utility availability

• Topography, drainage and usable acreage

• Livestock, poultry or agricultural restrictions

• Future building possibilities

 

My job is to help you ask the right questions, identify potential concerns early, and coordinate the appropriate due diligence with local authorities and qualified professionals before you make a major investment.

I work with land and residential buyers throughout the greater Chattanooga and Southeast Tennessee area, as well as North Georgia and due to client demands I'm working on my ALABAMA! License as well!

That includes Chattanooga and surrounding communities such as Ooltewah, Apison, Hixson, Soddy-Daisy and other rural areas of Southeast Tennessee, along with Ringgold, Chickamauga and surrounding North Georgia communities.
